Meanwhile, me and the Mission Ex - we’re headed north. We’ve had a couple weeks off and we’re pale, rested and ready to take on the Great Northwest. This is probably a good time to mention that we’re proud to have one Derek Brown in tow behind the kit.
Our man Derek is a Portland native, so we’re turning the guest list over to him for one night at the Doug Fir Lounge. It’ll be a night to remember.

Wait a minute, I lied. Did I say we played NO gigs? Well, we didn’t have that time off completely. We actually did sneak in one gig at SFO. Yep, we played a gig at the airport. Sang some songs, shoved some money in our pockets, rubbed Cinnabons all over our faces and got the hell out of there. Do you think I’m making this up? I am not making it up. up to 24 hours”. Like I said, we’re working on it. We may not have that together by these dates. BUT, in lieu of the shampoo, we’ve still got vinyl, CD’s and T Shirts and 7” singles available exclusively at our on-site merch table.
Here’s what I did on my time off. By answering the question: Why don’t you take a long nap on a short couch? People, please you can relax now. I’m not becoming a recluse. Although there have been days where I was in my pajamas at like 3 PM. Stephie never seemed the least bit concerned. What’s with that? Anyway, I’m still trimming my fingernails.
